If any portion of a Card swipe is considered questionable, the
participant will be notified and asked to turn in receipts. If it is
determined that a portion of a Card transaction is not qualified,
or the participant does not respond, they will be asked to repay
the amount. The amount they owe may be repaid by logging into the website. It may also be repaid by deducting it from the
participant's future claim.
If the participant does not respond by the deadline, their Card
may be suspended until the amount they owe is repaid. At the
employer's option, the Card may be reinstated.

The Flex Benefits VisaŽ Debit Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and can be used at qualified locations. The Card may not be used at all merchants that accept Visa debit card.
This disclaimer language is needed on all pieces of marketing, including each page of this website that mentions, shows or speaks of the prepaid card or card program. This Acceptance Language is needed at least once per page of this website.
